Report privacy
HSARPA.org does not collect anomaly-report content through a website form.
All anomaly reports must be sent through the Signal contact linked from Report via Signal. This application does not ask for, receive, or store anomaly descriptions, evidence, names, or email addresses through a report form.
Normal web hosting infrastructure may still process standard request metadata such as IP addresses and user-agent strings in server or proxy logs outside this PHP application's report workflow. Signal is an external service and its handling of messages and metadata is governed by Signal's own software, service, and privacy practices.
Do not submit classified information, stolen data, credentials, private medical records, unnecessary personal identifiers, or material you do not have the right to share.
