Before transmitting
- Start with the relevant dossier ID if your lead relates to an existing research file.
- Separate what you directly observed from what you think caused it.
- Include dates, locations, measurements, sources, or reproducible steps where useful.
- For imagery or sensor claims, distinguish measured range, timing and metadata from inferred speed or performance.
- Do not send classified, stolen, dangerous, credential, medical, or unnecessary third-party private information.
- A submitted lead is not an endorsement or verification by HSARPA.
HSARPA requires Signal for anomaly intake to avoid collecting report bodies in this website application's form or report-storage workflow. Signal is a third-party service; no communication channel should be treated as eliminating every security or privacy risk.
